Assessments in Germany in English language
We currently conduct one third of our management assessments in Germany in English. Clients are international corporations such as Akzo Nobel Chemical, Faurecia, IBM Business Consulting, Munich Re, McDonalds Logistics, Rodenstock and UBS Switzerland.
We provide several off-the-shelf case studies and psychometric test materials in English and French.
International assessment projects
Obermann Consulting is proud to be partner of IPAD, the International Partnership for Assessment and Development. IPAD is the partnership of comparable consultants worldwide specializing in management assessments.
The history of IPAD started off in 1953. At this time professors at the University of Richmond incorporated as Psychological Consultants, Inc. (PCI) as the oldest partner of IPAD in US. In 1997 the first cross-boarder project started, when David Purdy and Christof Obermann were running individual management assessments for a German pharmaceutical company. More and more partners joined. In 2007 the partnership was officially set up.
