Development audit for executives Why do feedback and learning come to a halt at middle management or junior staff? Development audits also provide the management staff with honest feedback on strengths and areas of development. We offer a wealth of experience in creating streamlined processes.

The difference between an audit and an AC Often only of theoretical nature, as audits also contain AC simulations. Nonetheless, audits are interviews plus cases studies, sometimes cross-section interviews. Audits are geared to a higher level than in the AC, run a maximum of one day, and a comprehensive analysis of just one level of a company is usually done (department manager, division manager, directs).

English, French, German These are the languages in which we have the most experience with audits. We are particularly good in audits with US participants and mixed groups from the EMEA region.
