Development center versus Assessment Center:
A development center is more than just an assessment center: it offers e.g. peer feedback, self-assessment, repeat exercises, video feedback, new forms of result compilations and much more in order to create an intensive learning experience.

Dr. Christof Obermann is a graduate of Psychology and has been in the AC business for over 15 years. All of the other consultants have over three years of exclusive AC experience.

Big-Five personality model An AC provides information on behavior - personality questionnaires on the behavioral background. We provide you with the only test specially validated for potential analyses. In German and English.
