Obermann Consulting’s core competency is in running individual assessment centers for the final one to three external applicants for sales and management positions. We conduct these programs in specially equipped rooms in Cologne (or in suitable hotels), drawing on a library of 800 case examples and test procedures. In this way, the individual assessment centers can be held externally together with internal observers from the client company. Generally speaking, individual assessment center programs last one day and consist of various case studies, simulated discussions, presentations, interviews, personality questionnaires and cognitive test procedures. Our multimodal approach allows us to provide consistently accurate diagnostic assessments as regards executive staffing recommendations.
