In the case of both selection and development assessment centers, Obermann Consulting recommends including standardized test procedures for measuring participants’ analytical skills and/or questionnaires for gauging their personality and motivational structures. However, traditional intelligence tests and personality questionnaires of a predominantly clinical nature are not suitable with regard to mood and content. Instead, our test procedures include instruments that have been specially developed and validated for use in assessment centers and potential analyses. Our test procedures will provide you with a valid assessment of participants’ cognitive skills, personality and motivational structure, which plays a particularly important role when identifying high-potentials. Needless to say, our test procedures can also be used outside assessment centers, e.g. in a training or coaching context, and are available in both pen-and-paper and online form and in various languages.
