Coaching is a highly individualized form of consulting designed to help the employee or manager to shape their role in the company more effectively in order to boost their individual performance. External coaching is used above all for management and top management. We see coaching as a means of developing individual strengths and working on identified weaknesses, taking into account the requirements of the position in question. The basis of the coaching process is always explaining the task and defining the coaching objectives together with the coachee, in some cases also with input from managers and/or the HR Department. Our unique approach to coaching is based on established scientific procedures and instruments for an individual ad hoc analysis: What are the strengths? Where are the development areas? As well as this, our work is centered on resources and solutions and our systemic approach takes into account the conflicts between personal requirements, role requirements and overriding organizational objectives.
