However, we believe that development programs are effective in ensuring that newly acquired know-how is taken on board and transferred to practical situations. Our development programs normally start with a development center for identifying the strengths and development fields of participants. The following three to five two-day training modules are spread out over a period of one to two years. The seminar modules include, for example, Communication, Work Organization, Presentation, Management Models, Conflict & Change Management, Delegation, etc. Transfer days are scheduled between the seminars in order to give participants the opportunity to apply their new knowledge in supervised practical exercises in the company. The structural content of the modules is finalized together with the client, taking into account the nature of the sector and target group.
