This ranges from sending letters of confirmation to applicants, screening applications based on requirement profiles, using online test procedures and conducting pre-selection interviews by telephone. With the right instruments and extensive diagnostic experience, we can help you to identify the best person for the job. In a final assessment center, the short-listed applicants (e.g. ten or so) can then be observed together with our clients so that the final decision rests with them – with the assistance of our know-how and instruments.
